Rafael Devers slammed a homerun and had 3 RBI at Fenway Park as the Boston Red
Sox beat the Baltimore Orioles in 10 innings by the count of 11 to 10.
 
The game was deadlocked at 9 after nine full innings.  Boston won it in the
10th inning.  After another out, J.D. Martinez got things rolling when he hit
a deep fly scoring a run.  Xander Bogaerts followed and he doubled.  Devers
then ripped a single giving Boston the win much to the delight of the home
town crowd.  Boston had 16 hits for the afternoon.  
 
Josh Taylor(1-0) picked up the victory, allowing no runs in 2/3 of an inning.
Paul Fry(0-1) was given the loss in relief.  He pitched 2/3 of an inning
allowing 1 hit and no walks.
